Shipping & Returns


  1. OneStopLux uses FedEx, POSLAJU or Freight Mark for most of the international shipments. All charges/Price of items are in MYR.
  2. In rare cases, we may use other services if the locations of delivery are deemed unreachable in FedEx & POSLAJU or Freight Mark's territory.
  3. OneStopLux only uses tracked shipment services.
  4. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking reference number via email. Shipping rates will vary according to weight and final destination. OneStopLux are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
  5. We currently offer FREE shipping for all orders from Malaysia.


  1. To be eligible for a return, you must present evidence of defect to us so we could replace you with a brand new product. We hold the rights to determine if the product is faulty after inspection. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  2. Our return policy is valid for 10 days. Requests after 10 days would not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  3. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to OneStopLux. using a tracked shipping service to ensure the whereabouts of the package.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Once return is received and inspected, OneStopLux will notify customers on the received item. A decision pertaining to the order will soon follow (i.e. approval or rejection of the refund).
  2. Should there be a refund, the refund process will proceed upon decision and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a week.
